Web Enabled Selection and Tracking (WEST) - USMA Interest Form

Complete this on-line application if you are interested in being assigned to West Point as a military instructor/professor, tactical or staff officer. The information provided through this form will be transmitted to the various personnel responsible for selecting instructors/staff in the areas of interest indicated.

YOU ARE ACCESSING A U.S. GOVERNMENT (USG) INFORMATION SYSTEM (IS) THAT IS PROVIDED FOR USG-AUTHORIZED USE ONLY.

First Time Visitor

If you want to submit an interest form and have not submitted your email previously:

1. Enter a DOD email address or AKO email below.

2. Enter Letters from image and click Submit

3. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your email and complete the Interest Form.

Complete Interest Form

If you submitted your email address and received an email to confirm your email address and complete the Interest Form:

1. Click the link in the email provide to confirm email. Reentering your email below will not open your interest form.

2. Complete the Sections of the Interest Form ensuring that the required fields and at least one department of interest are completed.

3. Submit the Interest Form.

4. Your information will be submitted to the departments selected for review. Once a department Approves you to Apply you will receive an email containing a username and password to return and login to complete your application.

Complete Application

If you submitted your Interest Form and received an email that you are Approved to Apply:

1. Click the log in Button at top right and login using the user name and password provided in the email.

2. Once Logged in you can manage your department applications and department preference.

3. You can Modify and save your application.

4. You can upload required documents to complete your application.
